My dog is a border collier X and she is not scratching, however, she has a lot of what appears to be dandruff. We do give her some veg oil in her food, as we only feed her dry food.
However, when we scratch her and rub her back, it flakes a lot.

suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you,
D. halliday
